Day 2 part 2

I’m not a huge fan of Mexican food, but when you’re in Mexico –in any country for that matter– you have to eat their specialty: tacos. Gardenas, a small restaurant a little ways from downtown Cabo San Lucas, serves just that: a mean taco. The BBQ pork taco (chilenitas) I ordered at Gardenas, dripping in juices and marinade, was dry, yet tender, somewhat spicy and tangy, yet creamy, soft, but with a crunch.
